I just recently started coming to Schneider True Value. Finally got tired of the Big Boys not having a clue what they were selling and poor Service! I was immediately impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the Staff! They always had what I needed!....and at fair prices as well!

Fast and got the job done, but extremely pricey. Locked myself out of my car and the price was $250. My friend from work said other locksmiths in Saint Charles and Saint Louis don't charge nearly as much-- more around $40-$100. Fast service, but incredibly expensive, especially for younger people.

Great experience utilizing the kiosk system. The keys came out fine and they work perfectly. Two things I suggest to improve the experience. One, would have liked to see the variety of keys actually in the kiosk and two, imply instructions on where the brush is located after the keys are cut. If I had not have dropped one of my keys on the floor, I would have missed this feature. Overall, it was a great no hassle experience and would use again. Thanks and hopes this helps other customers.

The kiosk was very easy to use. The type of key I needed copied was unique and the copies had to be mailed to me. They arrived in a timely manner.

I have a 2010 Kia Rio. I got my key copied and wanted 2 extras just in case I locked my keys in my car or lost them. I used the KeyMe machine in Menards in St Peters, great experience. Super easy, they scan the key then make the copies at their warehouse or whatever, then they mailed them to me. Since I bought 2 keys, I actually got an extra key for free! And this was all cheaper to do than going to the dealership. I highly recommend!
